DocResponse Joins Allscripts App Expo to Help Streamline the Patient Workflow Process

Houston, TX, 07/07, 2022 – DocResponse announced today that Allscripts has certified their digital check-in and clinical documentation solution as part of the Allscripts Developer Program. Patients will also complete an assessment of their current medical ailment that prompted them to seek medical attention. Results of this assessment will be compiled into a written History of Present Illness (HPI).

Additional forms are available for digital completion, including but not limited to consent forms, PHQ, MCHAT, Lead, EPDS, CAGE, GAD7, CRAFFT, PSC-17, PCL-5, STEADI and Katz ADL screeners.
